$4 beers Monday - Friday till 6pm ALL DAY THURSDAY
Corn Star is a light unfiltered lager with a touch of flaked corn to appeal to even the most un-hip dad joke fans everywhere. Perfect for patio season, enjoy this thirst crusher all day.
Lightwerk is our take on Kolsch, a traditional style that originated in Cologne, Germany. A light and refreshing beer, Lightwerk uses pilsner and white wheat malt with a single hop called Saphir from Germany. Using a traditional Kolsch yeast, Lightwerk is fermented at cooler temperatures than most ale yeast strains, which creates smoother flavors and some characteristics associated with lagers.
Peach Blonde Ale - We took our Kolsch and added 180lbs of peach puree post fermentation. A touch sweet, just a little tart, and a pleasantly peachy aroma.
Raspberry Kettle Sour - Super refreshing with tart acidity, bright fruit character, and slight sweetness reminds us of drinking lemonade on a hot summer day.
Our Amber/Pale Ale is a nod to the OG American craft beers. A sweetness from the malt is married to pine and grapefruit flavors of Cascade hops. Not too heavy, not too bitter, and not too sweet, this beer is a perfect balance of flavors that convinced Americans there's more to beer than fizzy and yellow.
A quite quaffable session IPA with bold hop flavors. Turnstile utilizes El Dorado hops for flavors of pineapple, pear, and stone fruit. The malt bill has just enough sweetness to balance the low bitterness. If you're a hop fan, but in the mood for something on the lighter side, step up to the Turnstile. One at a time please.
We took our delicious Turnstile Session IPA and dry hopped it with Amarillo hops. Turnstile is great by itself, but we added Amarillo hops after fermentation to boost the hop aroma and add a layer of citrus and tropical fruit flavors. A session-able beer packed with a complex hop profile, drink West Texas Turnstile when the sun is high in the Texas sky.
Juicy IPA - Packed with citrus and tropical fruit flavors from a hardy amount of Citra and Mosaic hops. Hardy Hop is an evolution of the West Coast IPA, with a solid malt backbone blended with modern hops focused on hop flavor rather than bitterness. If you like hops, this is the beer for you!
Baltic Porter - This monster beer style can trace its lineage to the Russian Imperial Stouts brewed for Catherine the Great and her court. As the style began to be produced around the Baltic Sea, brewers opted for lager yeast which is better suited to cold climates. Cold Forge spent three months in the tank to ferment slowly and develop a smooth, robust flavor with deep coffee and fruit flavors. This beer is unfiltered or clarified, so some sediment may occur.
Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout - Aged for 9+ months in 9 Banded Wheat Whiskey barrels, this big boozy monster is dangerously drinkable despite its double digit abv. Coffee, baker's chocolate, and of course bourbon flavors. Goes great with churros for dessert!
